I spent many years on a traditional career path.
Today, I have a portfolio career.
Working in HR for international organisations, I ticked all the boxes: roles, responsibilities, goals, and all the things that, from the outside, looked like what a career was “supposed to” look like.
But at some point, I started asking myself different questions.
Today, my career brings together HR, career counselling, facilitation, acting and creative projects. Not because I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do, but because I chose to build a career that could hold more of who I am.
This experience shapes the way I work with both professionals and organisations: I don’t start from the assumption that there is one right path, but from the question “What makes sense here, for the person or organisation in front of me?”
My experience, in numbers
Beyond HR and career, there is the stage.
Acting and artistic projects are just as much a part of my professional life as HR or career counselling.
I act, create and explore stories that take me out of the analytical space and reconnect me with another part of myself — one that needs expression, vulnerability and creativity.
For me, these worlds don’t exclude one another. They complement each other. And they are perhaps the best proof that a career doesn’t have to fit into a single box.
